And the debate goes on. On Thursday night, the Green Bay Packers locked arms during the National Anthem. A show of unity.
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, as well as the rest of the team, asked fans to do the same. As I was watching the game, I didn’t see anyone comply.
And that’s fine. People can do what they want. It is, after all, their right.
After the game, Rodgers noted that some people chanted USA and other people yelled things during the anthem.

So let me ask you this?
If you’re so big on respecting the National Anthem — a fucking song — how do you yell shit during it? Or were you just yelling at the guy singing because he had on that sweet camouflage blazer. Were you like, “Where can I get one of those?”
“I can hunt and look sharp at the same time!”
