That’s right! Although Chicago Bears/Green Bay Packers legend Jay Cutler walked away from his own greatness/apathy for a TV career, someone is trying to lure him back.
On Thursday, the guy the Miami Dolphins are pretending is a franchise quarterback, Ryan Tannehill, suffered what appears to be a serious knee injury. He may miss the season, which is probably actually great for the Dolphins.
And so who have the Dolphins contacted about filling this potential void?
Our main man, CUTTY!
Coach Adam Gase has been in contact with Cutler personally the past two days as the two men have worked on rekindling a relationship that helped Cutler throw 25 touchdowns and 11 interceptions in 2015 when he was the starting QB for Chicago and Gase was the offensive coordinator.
I don’t have to tell you what this means, but I will anyway.
GLORY!
Green Bay Packers vs. Miami Dolphins, Super Bowl LII.
Cuts McGuts vs. Aaron Rodgers, or more accurately, just the Cutster tossing passes to his favorite receivers one final time — the Packers’ secondary, cementing his Packers Hall of Fame career.
Pray for this possibility to become a reality before you go to sleep tonight.
We want CUTTY! We want CUTTY!
