Scooter McLean (1953, 1958) 1-12-1, .077
McLean started his coaching career as the Packers backfield coach under Gene Ronzani and would later replace him during the 1953 season, when Ronzani was fired with two games left. The Packers lost their remaining two games that year. Following the season, the Packers hired Lisle Blackbourn and McLean went back to his role as backfield coach. After Blackbourn was canned in 1957, the Packers gave McLean the job for 1958. McLean had no desire to be a head coach in the NFL and his laid-back style quickly lost the team. The results on the field showed it, as McLean authored the worst season in the history of the Packers — 1-10-1.
