[tps_title]C.J. Wilson[/tps_title]
Not a big surprise the Packers wanted to upgrade their defensive line. The selection of defensive end Datone Jones in the first round should move C.J. Wilson to the rotation.
Not all is lost for Wilson, though. Both B.J. Raji and Ryan Pickett are in the final year of their contracts. While Raji will likely get an extension, Pickett is getting up in age and this could be his last year.
If Wilson stays the course and Pickett retires or isn’t re-signed, he could be back in the starting lineup in 2014.
The Packers also picked Josh Boyd in the fifth round, so everyone on the defensive line is on notice.
Produce or piss off.
