You didn’t think we were done telling Jim-Harbaugh-is-a-dick stories, did you? This one might take the cake. It was October of 1997 and Harbaugh’s winless Indianapolis Colts were in San Diego to take on the Chargers. Harbaugh wasn’t playing because of an ankle injury. The day before the game, Harbaugh crashed an NBC production meeting — former Bills quarterback Jim Kelly was there interviewing some of Harbaugh’s teammates — confronted Kelly, a melee ensued and Harbaugh punched Kelly in the head. The result? A fractured throwing hand and a suspension. Why the incident, you might ask? Harbaugh was mad because Kelly called him a baby on air several weeks earlier.
