Who Is The Defensive Player Of The Year?
Jan 6th

There was a point in the season when everyone thought the answer to the question was a foregone conclusion. Green Bay Packers linebacker Clay Matthews. Then, a series of injuries and near constant double and triple teams started to slow Matthews. That isn’t to say his presence wasn’t felt. Matthews opens things up for his [...]
The Best Rivalry In The NFL Is…
Nov 30th
We’re biased, but we obviously think the best rivalry in the NFL is the Green Bay Packers vs. Minnesota Vikings. Frankly, I wouldn’t piss on a Vikings fan if he were on fire and I felt that way even before a long-time hero decided he needed to stab an entire fan base in the back. [...]
PETA: Lambeau Field Is Third Most Vegetarian-Friendly
Nov 9th

PETA has released their annual list of the most vegetarian-friendly stadiums in the NFL and Lambeau Field is ranked third. Lambeau ranked third last season, as well, which we’ve always found strange, considering it’s located dead center in the land of bratwurst, deer hunting, beer swilling and heart attacks. However, Lambeau offers a variety of [...]

Four Year-One Starting Caliber Tackles in 2010 NFL Draft
Feb 10th

The Green Bay Packers are certainly in the market for tackles this offseason. Both 2009 starters, Chad Clifton and Mark Tauscher, are free agents. While the Packers may re-sign them simply because they don’t want to rely on two young and unproven tackles, both are at the end of the road and need to be [...]

Gonzalez Not A Packer, Harrell back
Oct 15th

Many things have gone down in Packerland over the past 24 hours, none more notable than the Green Bay Packers failure to land TE Tony Gonzalez from the Kansas City Chiefs before the NFL trade deadline, yesterday. According to the Journal Sentinel, master of disaster Ted Thompson offered Kansas City a 3rd-round choice for the [...]
Get To Know A Viking: Jared Allen
Aug 27th

Apparently, to go from an 8-8 team to preseason Super Bowl favorite, all an NFL team needs to do is get themselves a redneck defensive end. That’s what the Minnesota Vikings did. They traded for the Kansas City Chiefs Jared Allen and almost instantly became the hands down favorite to win the NFC North and [...]
Packers Fans Have a New Viking To Hate – Jared Allen
Apr 23rd

It’s official. The Kansas City Chiefs have traded last year’s NFL sack leader Jared Allen to the Minnesota Vikings. Who gets what? First, Green Bay Packers fans get a villainous hillbilly to despise and curse on Sundays. Forget Chris Hovan, Jack Del Rio or any of the thugs who have donned the Vikings’ horns. Jared [...]
