Those of us who lived through the 1980s Green Bay Packers would like to forget the experience. Other than the 1989 season, the whole decade was pretty much a loss. The highlights were few and far between. Sure, we got some good shots in on the Chicago Bears. Charles Martin killed their shot for a [...]

Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila, former Green Bay Packers defensive end, sacked a lot of quarterbacks in his day. He won’t be sacking any Wisconsin politicians, though… yet. It was news to us, but there was speculation Gbaja-Biamila might run for the Wisconsin Senate in the event State Sen. Dave Hansen (D-Green Bay) were to face a recall this summer. [...]

You knew this day would come and I’m sure you were waiting with bated breath. Jenn Sterger will appear on Good Morning America this week to discuss Brett Favre’s pursuit of her when both were with the New York Jets. Said pursuit ultimately led to all of us getting to see Favre’s tiny penis, something [...]

It won’t surprise anyone a politician is full of shit. Illinois governor Pat Quinn made a bet with Wisconsin governor Scott Walker over the Green Bay Packers NFC Championship tilt with the Chicago Bears. The loser of the bet agreed to work at a food pantry in the winner’s state wearing the opposing team’s gear. [...]

The Green Bay Packers chose at No. 32 in the 2011 NFL Draft. While the team doesn’t have many glaring holes, there are several areas they need to shore up and improve. Primarily, the Packers need a pass-rushing outside linebacker to complement Clay Matthews, upgrades on the left side of the offensive line and center, and defensive line and wide receiver depth.

This must be his penance for sending those dirty text messages. Brett Favre will be hosting a 7-on-7 football camp for high school players at Southern Mississippi on June 14. The proceeds, which will probably be plentiful, will go to benefit his wife Deanna’s charity, Favre 4 Hope. “I look forward to spending the day [...]

The Green Bay Packers have had their share of draft busts over the years. Some have been epic (Tony Mandarich), while others have snuck out of town almost unnoticed (Terrence Murphy). Well, thankfully we’re here to dredge up your past failures, point our gnarled, crooked, judgmental fingers at you and cackle. For you’ve shamed the [...]

You’ll probably remember when we posted that photo of our man Aaron Rodgers in Hawaii with some blond broad, last week. Yup, the one with the tramp stamp. Well, it turns out someone has identified her. Terez Owens says the chick is Destiny Newton and the Green Bay Packers main man has been seeing her [...]

UCLA linebacker Akeem Ayers seems to be rising up draft boards after a strong pro day — one at which Green Bay Packers general manager Ted Thompson was in attendance. Ayers (6-2 1/2, 259) was largely considered a second-round talent, but appears to have put himself on the cusp of the first round after posting times of [...]

Twelve members of the world champion Green Bay Packers were on hand for the Milwaukee Brewers home opener Monday afternoon to throw out the first pitch… er, pitches. I’m only kidding about the Brewers signing anyone, but hell, none of the Packers have anything to do during the damn lockout and the Brewers supposedly vaunted [...]

The Green Bay Packers have the best draft run over the past five years, according to Matt Maiocco of Comcast Sportsnet. The team still has 57 percent of the players they’ve chosen on their roster (27 out of 47) — only five teams have more. The rankings also consider how many star players, busts and how [...]
