The Green Bay Packers have lost cornerback Casey Hayward to the San Diego Chargers.
Hayward got a three-year deal from San Diego.
For the #Chargers and CB Casey Hayward, it's a 3-year deal worth $15.3M, source said.

Hayward is the second of the Packers’ free agents to sign with another team, joining backup quarterback Scott Tolzien, who signed with the Colts last week.
Like Tolzien, we knew Hayward wouldn’t be back.
He played a position where his replacement was already on the team. The Packers are stocked at cornerback with Sam Shields, Damarious Randall, Quinten Rollins, Ladarius Gunter and Demetri Goodson.
Even though Hayward fell into the Packers’ top three cornerback mix in 2015, it looks like they’ll be better in 2016 with a top three of Shields, Randall and Rollins.
The Packers gave Hayward every chance to prove he was a boundary cornerback in 2015. He only proved what we all already knew — he’s just an above-average slot cornerback.
For that reason, he really held no value for the Packers moving forward.
