Carl Bradford’s Deal is Done

The Green Bay Packers got another deal done late Thursday, signing fourth-round pick Carl Bradford.

His four-year deal is worth $2,649,300 and he got a $429,300 signing bonus.

That signing leaves five draft picks unsigned. They are sixth-round pick Demetri Goodson, third-round picks Richard Rodgers and Khyri Thornton, second-round pick Davante Adams, and first-round pick Ha Ha Clinton-Dix.

So, Bradford.

It’s been reported that he’ll move from defensive end to linebacker with the Packers. Well, no shit. There aren’t many 250-pound 3-4 defensive ends in the NFL.

Bradford played a hybrid end/outside linebacker at ASU.

The only question is, will he play outside or inside? He’s known as a pass rusher, but his body type fits that of an inside linebacker much better.

And finally and probably most importantly, this is Bradford’s lady. The other woman in the bottom photo is his mom.

Well I hope they can find a way to move him to ILB. He’s got a motor for sure, and as you pointed out, is built to play this position or OLB. Obviously they need more rushing help inside. Hope he turns out to be as valuable as Bakhtiari, also picked in the 4th round.

The face will be buried in the pillows anyway… also, on a not so serious note… I’m guessing he’ll be changing numbers, as I “believe” 52 is already taken by that other guy, who is pretty good.

If his girl went to ASU as well then besides having giant sunglasses to hide her not so great face she is also STD riddled
