Ward isn’t a turnover machine. He’s one of those guys who’s just solid on the back end of the defense. He’s been in the league four years and is just 27, so there’s still room for growth. If there’s an issue with Ward, it’s that he’s missed some time with injuries. He missed two games in 2012 and eight in 2011. Ward seems like the kind of guy the Packers will at least kick the tires on — young, solid, shouldn’t be too expensive. Our bet is Cleveland ends up re-signing him first, though.
