Aaron Rodgers Will Reportedly Start This Week
Maybe the Green Bay Packers aren’t going to tank this week after all. Aaron Rodgers will start for the first time in eight weeks, according to Paul Imig.
Coach Mike McCarthy confirmed the decision during his news conference.
“We’re preparing for the Chicago Bears with Aaron Rodgers as our starting quarterback,” McCarthy said.
Rodgers worked with the first team in practice and was listed as a full participant.
Will wait for #Packers coach Mike McCarthy and official announcement, but encouraging signs from Rodgers. Took every first snap in drills.

That’s the first time that has occurred since Rodgers suffered his broken collarbone against Chicago. He had been working on a limited basis in practice previously and Matt Flynn was getting the starter reps.
If everything holds true to form, the Packers will be facing the Bears on Sunday for the division title with their best player.
That’s good news for the Packers’ playoff chances.
