[tps_title]7. Bryce Paup[/tps_title]
Did you even remember that Bryce Paup played for the Minnesota Vikings? I didn’t.
Paup played his first five seasons with the Packers and he had a couple pretty good ones. In 1993, he had 11 sacks. In 1994, Paup had 7.5 sacks, 3 picks and earned a Pro Bowl nod.
The next year he went to Buffalo and blew up, notching 17.5 sacks and earning the NFL defensive player of the year award. It kind of went downhill from there. Paup never hit double-digit sacks in his career again.
After three seasons in Buffalo, Paup spent two in Jacksonville. And then guess who swept in? You got it. The Vikings, who love broken-down old men.
Paup played 10 games for the Vikings in 2000 and tallied two sacks.
