Honestly? I don’t care if they had 3 or 4 1st round picks. They scored last year but that’s an illusion. The Vikings are adept as screwing the pooch on draft days.

The Seahawks were a serious contender before this. We’ll see how much a guy who thinks as much of practice as AI and who is a regular on the injury report helps them.

Giving up a 1st round pick is insanity. That gives the Vikings two first round picks again. Last year with two first round picks, the Vikings got Ryan Calil and Harrison Smith. So, yeah, I’d be a little concerned here.

Someone check Darrell Bevel’s cellphone. There is NO WAY the Seahawks agreed to this without someone having spoken to Ass-clown and getting some assurance that he’ll actually sign a new deal.

Not that it matters. I’m sure Goodell would just clear him of wrongdoing. Just like Bevel didn’t collude to bring Brent from retirement. Of course, who did Brent end up playing for a year later? Oh, the Vikings. Imagine that?

Assuming Percy Havin ditches the diva complex and gets over his migraines, the Seahawks just become a serious contender. The Packers are going to need to get a hell of lot better on both sides of the ball (minus the passing game, of course).
