I love Drive, he’s awesome, but Jordy had more TDs in one game against one of the best D’s (at the time) than he had all season. DD also dropped as many passes as he caught this season (including a potential TD).

That said I still think he could have been as productive as last season had he gotten the reps, but class act that he is, he willingly stepped aside when asked. Heck, he even gave up a designed play to himself, so that Cobb could get that TD vs. Arizona.

Still think he could’ve contributed better than say, Nelson who spent have the season injured–had he gotten more reps as the 3rd receiver. He was always fearless over the middle and we had no underneath passing game to pick up critical 1st downs on 3rd and short–so, we chucked it long time and time again (defense playing 2 deep safeties) and we had little success with that game plan. It’s too bad they wasted his abilities in this, his final season. He could have been a 3rd down (inside slant, slot) gem for us. But we’ll never know…
