Sorry “Packer Bob”..Didnt mean to hurt your feelings…Some of us have opinions, beside’s saying “Go Pack Go”. We actually think for ourselves. If your sick of reading some comments, you may want to just skip over them in the future…..I’d argue that a fan that has the wisdom to critique his team, is a far better fan than those who just think no one can have an opinion, and they should shut up if they aren’t saying something positive all the time…..Enjoy your time in Fantasy land “Puppet Bob” but some of us are Green Bay Packer fans that want to see the team succeed and may have opinions we discuss, to that end.

That nice phatgzus……But to me…..If a 1st round pick like Sherrod, cant beat out a slow footed back up like Marshall Newhouse when he was healthy. That aint a good sign brother!!!!…I’ll call it what it is…A bust.

I must have missed the memo where is says that General Managers are required to hit on every single draft pick.

“I know you cant find gold all the time….But, TT hasnt struck gold since Clay in 2009.”

What does this even mean? Are you questioning Thompson’s drafting ability? Are other teams “striking gold” year after year?

McCarthy, Thompson, and Rodgers (also a TT pick and probably the of the best draft picks of all time, but I digress..) have this team position to be perennial Superbowl contender for the next several years.

Yet, all I hear is whining…

Ask the Detroit Lions how they’d feel to be in our position. They’ve never even been to a Superbowl and they’ve had probably one playoff appearance in the last 10 years.

This is the complacency that Bob McGinn what referring to when he called out Packer fans. We’ve become so accustomed to winning that when we don’t we assume it’s because of “buffoons” like McCarthy, Thompson, the medical staff, , etc.

Do Patriot fans shit all over Belichick when they lose in the playoffs? I certainly don’t hear anyone screaming for John Fox’s head after losing to the Ravens in their first playoff game in what was essentially the Year of the Broncos.

Sorry, I’m just sick and tired or reading these comments. I’ve said my piece and that’s the last you’ll hear from me on the subject.

Sherrod isn’t exactly a bust, if he never recovers, he will be; however he deserves at least 2-3 more years before judgment should be passed, imho.

Our coaching hires are probably the best thing that Ted’s done except for drafting A Rod, Clay and acquiring Wood. They coach up avg players and street FAs very well. Our losing has to do with the talent we choose to put on the field. If you don’t see that…then you’ve got the blinders on and are not watching the playoffs very intently. Sigh, I want a dominant D…like we had in the 90s. Wishful thinking…

Yeah, because the Pro Bowl is the ultimate litmus test (see Jeff Saturday). Another good call.

I do agree with the TT haters, however, in saying that he NEEDS to find some big time players in this draft.

Our last 3 #1 picks were all on the IR this season. We need a #1 who is actually going to stay healthy and produce on the field. If the recent trend continues, decline for this team is inevitable and TT and MM will eventually be shown the door.
