A guy I’m ready to ditch is DJ Williams.

IMO, a TE needs to catch and block — but every time I see him on the line, he’s upright and lock-kneed, arms extended, but not heart-fully engaged in the opponent.

Bend at the waist, bend at the knees, be prepared to use those muscles in the thighs, butt, and back to displace the defensive player.

I just don’t see effort in this guy, and after two years he should have his shit somewhat together by now…

Two that are considered elite are Eifert and Ertz…I also like Ryan Otten, Travis Kelce from this list.
