I agree that will be in contention, but with a talent like Rodgers at QB and an Offensive play caller like MM, we should be in the Championship game/ Super Bowl almost every year. That means that while Ted does a nice job of managing the roster by the numbers, he is not that great at talent evaluation. I mean with 6 picks in last years draft on defense alone, that should tell you he’s reacting to deficiencies experienced from prior drafts gone wrong. And you know what? The only player who looks like a solid value choice thus far from last year’s draft is Casey Hayward. So, yeah…um not good enough in my opinion.

Rodgers needs to start taking a 10% cut of these guys salaries when they get promotions/better jobs. He makes them all look like geniuses. I also ways find it funny when teams hope they can hire anyone from the successful organizations, thinking everyone employed by the organization must be great, e.g. Josh McDaniels (the dude that drafted Tebow in the 1st round). As long as we have TT, MM, and most importantly Rodgers, we’ll be in contention every year.
