Things like that can happen when you don’t give. Sure it’s the opposite situation… instead of taking a knee they ran a play. But the lesson is there… play until the game is over.

This would be 1/3 the story that it is if it weren’t for the fact that Greg Schiano is a 1st year coach that the media already doesn’t like very much because of his college reputation.

Taking a knee in a one score game isn’t the offense conceding anything. It is actually the smartest play for the situation. So, while the offense runs the play that gives them the best chance at winning, the defense is supposed to give up??

That isn’t the first time I’ve seen the defense try to do something during a kneel down and won’t be the last.
