I think Jones knew he fucked up the second he saw the ball in the air. It was good to see Rodgers show some fire, sometimes he’s a little too cool for school…classy yes, but measured.

Did anyone find his post-game on-field interview with the sideline gal a little uncomfortable?
Like it got weird when she joked about who had the prettier touchdown, him or Masthay. In fact he seemed downright pissy talking about the trick play when she brought it up. Am I alone here?

agreed. Jones said all the right things, and so did Aaron. Quite the difference from the douche bag Bear cubs locker room. Finley seems to be trying to distance himself, but not as successfully I think. All will be forgotten if one or all three of them has a monster game on Monday. Heck, the media has to have something to make an issue about…. its their job!

I actually already made the point about Rodgers being a class act in another post….can’t remember if it was the Finley agent post or the one on Cutler’s douchebaggery…but A-Rog always takes the blame when he makes a bad throw. Nice to see Jones admitting he F’d up–gives him points in my book. Of course, he’d get more by elevating his play…but I have more hope for him than Finley.

Rodgers is first class. Let it also be noted that Rodgers didn’t push or shove James Jones either, this was one of the very, very few times that I’ve seen that type emotion come from Rodgers — which tells you just how badly Jones f*’ed up.

How many times have we seen Jones or Finley absolutely butcher perfectly thrown balls by Rodgers? These two guys have single handedly cost the Packers and Rodgers major yardage and/or points over the course of the last few years and I’ve NEVER once heard Rodgers go to the media and criticize them. I’ve always said this, and I stand by it, Rodgers makes these guys better. Case closed. GB receivers (and I stand by this) are overrated and I’m strongly including Jones and Finley in this category because they continually get high praises as “up and coming” and “top tier talent” players.

This needs to be addressed too. I haven’t seen it on Total Packers but you guys need to read this article on Finley’s agent talking about Rodgers, this is such a joke.

Finley needs to go. I’d rather see Crabtree or Williams at TE on Sunday and we’d probably be all the better for it.

This needs to be discussed!

Rodgers has always been a stand up individual. Whoever disagrees or feels the need to throw gay comments around can go fuck themselves and is not a true Packer fan. The majority of fans that frequent this site want to talk about ways the Packers can improve as well as the good shit we’ve seen thus far (along with Cutler and Viqueen jokes). If you don’t agree with this rant then maybe Total Packers isn’t the site for you. Go Pack Go!
