Talking Football with Packers Legend Bart Starr
Early Sunday morning we had a chance to sit down and talk some football with Green Bay Packers legend Bart Starr.
Among other things, Starr is involved with a campaign for Tide, which will be handing out shirts to everyone who’s on hand for the Packers matchup with the San Francisco 49ers today. They’re calling it the Green and Gold Out and if it works out, everyone in the stadium should pretty much be dressed the same.
But back to Bart… We talked to the Pro Football Hall of Famer about making the team as a 17th-round draft choice, coach Vince Lombardi, his biggest rival as a player, Aaron Rodgers and how he thinks the Packers will fare this season, among other things. You can listen to the interview below.
