Another example of why Ted & Co. are overrated in their player evaluation capabilities. For fun I went back and checked Ted’s draft record for offensive linemen since he took over the office. He’s hitting on 47% (if you include Daryn Colledge) of those picks at that position. I don’t know about you, but 47% meant an “F” when I went to school.

I agree with the earlier assertions, however. It is awfully telling (with awful being the key word) that Shields and Bush can’t even beat out House or Hayward.

I believe the combination of that corner spot along with MD Jennings at safety will leave the Packer secondary in a state to rival D-troi and the Vikes this season.

Sort of like the Brewers’ fate in the bullpen, this is a drastic change from the awesomeness that was the 2010 secondary with 3 deserving Pro Bowlers (C Wood, Tramon, Collins) and a pre-tattoo Shields who was actually worth a shit.

I believe anyone expecting a big turnaround with this defense is going to be disappointed.

Once again winning games will be on the shoulders of our offense and our QB, with our defense providing only the hope that CM3, CWood or Tramon can make a play here and there.

Really shows how bad those guys are (Bush and Sheilds) and why our defense was so poor last year. Some of you blow hards kept defending those 2 lame asses but now the truth is right there in front of you. If these guys were good enough to start last year they wouldnt be on the outside looking in this year (behind rookies no less).

I for one look forward to the day that piece of shit Bush no longer wears my precious Green and Gold. I have hated that guy since the day we drafted him. I think he might be gay and that is why TT keeps him around. I really cant think of any other reason for the madness.

I know Shield’s lack tackling is evidence of a small dick, but i hate to see the guy go. Speed guys like him don’t come around often, especially in Green Bay. Hopefully he can get his head out of his ass and get back to 2010 form, because Jarrett Bush was born with his head in his ass and that will require career ending surgery to remove it. It’s up to you Sam! Don’t be responsible for thousands of remotes hitting TV’s, walls, and wives that will inevitably occur should Bush make this team and play.
