It never used to be about the ‘hottest’ team winning. It used to be about a dominating defense and a strong and balanced offensive attack. Remember the 90s? Not just for the Packers but the 49ers, Cowboys…those were balanced and highly ranked teams on both sides of the ball. We need to get that defensive ranking back up to top 5 or top 10 and we should be right back where we belong.

Giants didn’t get lucky last year. They were hot in the playoffs, and the Packers were not. That’s what it is all about. The Packers probably beat the Giants 7 out of 10 times under normal circumstances, but it would still have been tough to win the Superbowl with a defense as bad as ours was last year.

Yeah I hate both the mannings. I hope they shut the giants out this year. Giants got so lucky last season. They won’t even make the playoffs this year.
