Donald had some drops last season & his lowest production year ever. He realizes its the nature of the beast with the talent loaded on this team. He didn’t tweet-whine, he spoke like a team player….AFTER taking less money.

Jermichael had better step up his game this year because without a whole helluva lot of improvement with his game, he’s not worth the DQ bullshit.

The problem is he says too much….too often. Last season he tweets about not getting targeted enough by Rodgers, then follows that up the next game by dropping 4 passes.

Maybe TweetieBird needs to realize that catching a ball is more physics than chemistry….

I get what he’s saying. The SB year Rodgers “threw him open” by putting the ball where Finley was going to be. Didn’t see any of that last year.
Still…. shouldn’t “chemistry” be between one man and one woman? Not that there’s anything WRONG with that.

His “talent” disappears when he manages to catch the ball. He’s afraid of getting hit – just plows ahead and gets tackled. Hell, Crabtree can do that. Graham and Gronk are way better than this guy, not to mention several others. He’s got two years to prove it, then see ya.

You’re reading into this way too much. He didn’t say anything wrong. He didn’t blame Rodgers. He just said he felt a little off last season for a couple of reasons (fair reasons at that- injuries and lack of preseason training/work). He’s hardly the only tight end in the league that suffered a drop in numbers. Also, Jennings and Nelson are pure receivers, not tight ends. The comparison is not exactly fair. I’m not a Packers fan and I have no reason to defend Finley.
