I think its a little early to call Mike Neal a bust. He has been injured every year. The one time when he was new to the Packers and had never been injured, he looked like a stud with a lot of potential. Since the injury immediately after that, he has been trying to get back to where he was. If he can get back to what he was, Neal has the tools to be a top D-Lineman in the league.
