The reasons for his actions last week are two fold. 1) He wants people to think he is playing at a high level even though he has bad legs. 2) He wants MM to sit him Sunday so people think he is to important to the team to get injured before the playoffs! WHAT A BABY!!! waa

I personally think this is an overreaction. I was annoyed with Finley’s comments at the beginning of the season and have been frustrated with his drops, but I do like the guy. I follow him (and his wife) on Twitter and I think that he is a good guy, with a bit of a loud mouth. But, for the most part, he has kept that under control this year.

I do think he has cost himself some cash this year, but I’d like to see him stay on the team. He is the best tight end we have and he commands a lot of attention from defenses which frees up Jordy Nelson, Greg Jennings and the like.

No way this guy stays on this team. All you “Finley is the man” people better just recognize this is TT and MM team and they dont play games. Well, dude made it through the entire season healthy. So, that is pretty amazing as it is. If he wants to take Sunday off, I don’t really have a problem with that.

You would think he would want all the stats he could get with his contract up.

I’m not too comfortable with this team seemingly content to go into the playoffs having lost 2 of 3, but it is what it is.
