Crabtree has been coming along, but their WR corp overall is deficient. The D has been having problems with coverage on athletic TE's, Bishop 1 on 1 is not a sustainable option throughout the game. I'm really not worried about Gore or Hunter, GB seems to have most of their problems with rb's/ wr's with SIZE. Calvin Johnson will get his Thursday I'm afraid

Don't forget who was SF's offensive coordinator who helped make the decision to take Alex Smith... Mike McCarthy!

So, Rodgers has motivation to get back at the 49ers AND MM? Ha.

Plus look at the 49ers schedule, fucking easy. First off thier division sucks donkey balls, Cards, Seahawks, and Rams = 6 easy wins. Secondly they played the soft NFC east and lost to the Cowboys. The only decent teams on thier schedule are the Steelers and Ravens. Oh yeah they beat the Lions, and we'll see who they really are in two days. The 49ers do not wan't to face Green Bay because they will be exposed for who they really are, a mediocre team with an easy schedule.

The year is 2005
The place in NYC
The event is the NFL Draft

With the first pick in the 2005 NFL Draft...the San Francisco 49ers take Alex Smith,QB is all that needs to be said to Rodgers when this game arrives.

There is no way in hell,Rodgers will allow himself to lose the Number1 spot he deserves now as he did then.

if we do meet in the playoffs id rather us play in san fran because you would have to figure the weather would be a lot better then in green bay and we are definitely a "dome" team. But yeah, a little premature
