I have to agree with all the sentiments here. I don’t know if Monty has taken his paranoia to hysteria levels or if he is just trying to yank our chains, but this is a really pointless article.

All the experts are merely saying what this article already concedes: that the Packers are the best team in the league. There are few media personalities who have picked the Packers to go undefeated. Most believe the Packers will lose at some point, and the main reason being cited is the defense. In fact, the Packers are hardly ever mentioned without the caveat of their porous defense being brought up.

So, how are the Packers being hyped any more than what their plain record states?

The Packers haven’t lost a game since December of 2010. It is now the second week of November 2011. Think on that and be dismayed.

Last year after the Packers lost to Detroit I thought they had a long way to go to be a great team. Then they won the superbowl and are still undefeated. Lets chill the fuck out and enjoy this. No they are not perfect.

The Bears game was one of those firing on all four cylinders games. Next Monday night would be a nice time to see one of those games. I hate the fucking Vikings with a passion and would like nothing more than to see them lose in epic fashion. Go Pack!

Is this a New England blog’, we are on a 14 game winning streak, it must be nice forall the armchair quarterbacks to find faults in a team that is 8_0 and ran the table in the postseasonlast year. 90% of the critics never have put pads on or let alone have participated on an undefeated sports team to know the pressure. I would say the stress level is high enough in the locker room with out the media waiting for the grim reaper loss so they can have the I told you so story. So shut your sewers and enjoy the ride while it last. Be a fan not a critic
