Yes, Aaron Rodgers Was NFC Player Of The Month
Yeah, we’re a little slow on the draw with this mostly because we were writing about stuff every asshole and his brother weren’t already writing about, but it bears mentioning that Aaron Rodgers was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Month for October.
Also, this was already a foregone conclusion in our minds since the Green Bay Packers quarterback was the best player in the league — not just in the NFC or on offense — during the month of October.
In four October games Rodgers completed 71.3 percent of his passes, threw for 1,455 yards, 12 touchdowns and two interceptions. He also had an NFL-leading 129.4 rating.
Rodgers has won the award in the first two months of the season and there’s no reason to think he won’t take home the NFL’s MVP if he continues on his current pace.
For the season, Rodgers has thrown for 2,372 yards, 20 touchdowns, three interceptions and has a rating of 125.7.
