A little lighter in the wallet.

[intlink id="143" type="category"]Charles Woodson[/intlink] was fined $10,000 for throwing a punch during the Green Bay Packers win over the [intlink id="234" type="category"]New Orleans Saints[/intlink] last week.

The Packers were penalized 15 yards, but Woodson was not ejected for giving tight end David Thomas an uppercut to the gut.

“Yeah, I threw a punch,” Woodson said following the Packers’ victory. “Just got frustrated, the guy was holding me a little longer than I wanted. Nothing was said about it, referee-wise, quick enough, and I reacted.
