I never said one game would make their season. all I said was it would somewhat prove if they deserve to be ranked at number 1 at this point in time. And everyone is so quick to think this will be a match between rodgers and brees to see who will score more points. but to me its a chance for the defenses to shine and show they are top notch and can stop each others “elite offense.” that is why I think it will be a much lower score than people think.

One game does not a season make. I think the Packers proved that last year. After the Detroit loss, I was just about ready to write them off but then they go on to win it all. If the Pack loses to the Saints, it will not be the end of the world.

All that said, I expect more points than 20 to 17.

I suppose we will find out come Thursday whether this is true or not. I’ll be honest and say i’m still deeply worried about the offensive line. MM says they will look like a completely new team on Thursday and i hope that is true. my prediction is a 20-17 win for the pack with the saints missing the game tying field goal. GO PACK GO!

Of course they are. Best starting 22 in the league. It’s tough to win one Super Bowl, let alone repeat. Let’s just hope the injury bug doesn’t hit again. Go Pack!
