Chad Clifton

Clifton looks to be responsible for the offensive line.

It looks like the Green Bay Packers offensive linemen are taking the lead on organized workouts during the lockout.

Although they won’t include any players other than those protecting quarterback [intlink id="25" type="category"]Aaron Rodgers[/intlink], the Packers linemen will be the first group on the team to get together for any sort of team-oriented activity since the lockout started.

The Packers were one of only four NFL teams who haven’t had any sort of organized sessions during the lockout.

Guard [intlink id="90" type="category"]Josh Sitton[/intlink] said the group will meet in Nashville — both tackle [intlink id="225" type="category"]Chad Clifton[/intlink] and center Scott Wells are from Tennessee.

It’s unclear which offensive linemen will be in attendance, but the development is an encouraging sign some Packers are taking their offseason work seriously.
