I agree Vijay, I loved Reggie but nobody, I mean nobody has ever been so proficient in so many areas. I can't see the World Championship this year without him.
Obviously Tramon is one of the best and after a year of seasoning Sammy Shields can be competitive. House adds another element to a strong backfield. He doesn't need to go anywhere but where he is.

With Woodson, its like having another cover Corner, LB and Safety all rolled into one...best FA signing by the Packers EVER...even better than Reggie White IMO.

You're not totally off-base. The thing is, the Packers can easily leave Woodson in the starting lineup because he's so strong against the run and is a ball hawk, they have a shutdown guy in Tramon Williams on the other side and Shields looks capable of covering a No. 2. Woodson may not be elite in coverage anymore, but he does too many other things well to take off the field.

hey, i had a question for ya. who all did the packers sign/re-sign/extended from last offseason until today. i believe i remember most of them... cb-cw, cb-tw, s-cp, ilb-ah, ilb-db, olb-ew, nt-hg, de-jw, wr-dd (i believe he got another short extension), t-cc, and t-mt. would that be the whole list that are still currently on the team?

It'll be interesting to see what the future hold for Charles in GB. I really like his tackling and blizting ability but lets be brutally honest... As a diehard Packer fan I have noticed his coverage skills slip just alittle bit. That being said, I think he has the chance to be a pretty good safety but the Packers have one of the tops in Nick Collins & a young pup in Morgan Burnett, not to mention their backup insurance policy in Charlie Peprah... I do think he could maintain his current role as occasional coverage DB while mostly blitzing, spying, etc for another 2 years. I hope he stays a Packer forever and never continues with another team but can't see him as a big-money backup for longer than this. Your thoughts...
