Correct me if I’m wrong, but in that NFC championship game, didn’t the defense fail utterly to stop Plaxico Burress? He had the best game of his career thanks to the Packers defense. I remember because it shocked me that Harris couldn’t do anything to stop him.

Yes, the INT didn’t help the team. But to blame Brett totally for that loss is ignoring the fact that the defense didn’t help at all. IMHO

As for Brett being a coach, it wouldn’t surprise me. He helps the kids at that high school in Mississippi and seems to enjoy doing it. I think if he coaches, it’ll be at that level. Can’t see him wanting to coach in the pros.

IMO, Faver would be terrible at commentary. He just doesn’t have that great of a “TV” personality.
