True, this would be a blow that makes a lockout certainly less appealing to the owners of teams with less revenue. I would be surprised if the owners did not win on appeal. However, I was surprised with this ruling in the first place. It is strange the NFL is suddenly losing all these court cases, when they were nearly untouchable for about 75 years.]]></description>
