Although I agree with Gary, taking Flynn vs. a rookie from college is probably a better gamble. However, if the rookie salary cap really does materialize, a rookie might be cheaper.

So we’ll have to tag him with a 2nd rounder, and hope we get it. Or be forced to pay him a few million to sit the bench if nobody wants to give up a 2nd for him.

If someone offers us a 2nd this year, especially a mid to high second, you move him immediately, without hesitation.
