I think that’s a huge characteristic of this team…being accountable for your own actions.

When James Starks ripped San Francisco and then promptly went back to riding the pine, he didn’t bitch and moan or blame anyone else. He manned up to the situation and said, “I need to improve and play better.”

This is a characteristic of this team that I never applauded or gave credit to Coach Mike McCarthy, but obviously he deserves it.
