Why the hell are they bringing an infant to the Superbowl? Plus making the ol man pay for them all. Mom should stay home and take the hit. Very selfish if you ask me.

Yeah, I’m gonna be the devils advocate here and say it’s smart of the NFL to charge for infants.. otherwise more people would bring them and if I’m a fan i don’t wanna be standing next to a lady holding a baby while i’m trying to watch the superbowl…. Not only is it a distraction it’s a little absurd to bring a baby to an event of that magnitude with all the people and the noise. Besides if anyone of you owned the NFL don’t act like you wouldn’t be greedy to, you should be fortunate that the tickets aren’t more expensive.

a newborn eats, sleeps and shits. There is no better kid to take to a football game. It’s when they get older that taking them to a game might be questionable.

Sneak the kid in the game in a purse, stick a titty in their mouth and enjoy a Packers win.

Dougie: if you are bringing an infant to a game you are a moron. especially the superbowl. the ONLY way that might be acceptable is if you have a luxury box and its all your family. if someone brought a infant to a game and sat by me i would be more than a little salty. an infant doesnt understand football, what if it starts crying or someone spills some beer on it. not to mention all the noise.

Completely agree...a newborn doesn't belong at a regular football game, let alone the Super Bowl.

Everyone’s greedy. Give me a break, though I admit the NFL is tight enough with its money to make a CPA firm blanche. No one has to pay and attend the Super Bowl who doesn’t want to. Everyone and their infant grandkid wants a ticket, which is why the ridiculous prices. There are obvious liability concerns with having an infant in the stands; thus, I can understand the charge. I wouldn’t have a problem with someone with an infant sitting next to me because that’s just how I roll, but I wouldn’t cry over them having to pay a price for it either.

If you can afford to bring your extended family to the Super Bowl, then you can afford to drop another grand.
