Great last stand for the pack!!! I will admit… i wanted to throw my tv out the window during the entire first half… but I was very encouraged at the effort shown in the second. Philly certianly isnt a place i wanted to see the pack play in the first round because historically it hasent been friendly to us in the playoffs (4th & 26 anyone? ), but if the packers can shut vick down… i see us going to atlanta to get that W we should have had the first time… GO PACK GO!

Tim Masthay with a helluva game. He was my MVP. The way he pinned the Burs offense late was impressive. Now do the exact same thing next week. OK Timmy my boy.

Packers did what they had to. Size of the win doesn’t matter. I can’t worry too much about the offense. A-Rodge just needs to play better, period. I was much encouraged by the defense Dom Capers called in the 2nd half. We finally had our aggressive defense back.
Apparently the Bears really wanted us eliminated. I was surprised they kept their starters in the whole game, even after Cutler got sacked a bunch of times. I guess the game being close and the Bears being almost completely healthy had the most to do with that.
At Philly is the last place I would prefer to play, but this team this year just could never do anything easy.

I agree, shouldn’t have been that close, but at least MM can tally a win in a close game. He needs to buy Nick Collins and the defense a case of beer for that gift. Oh and that Erik Walden guy who I’ve never heard of before, yeah, he gets a steak dinner and free car wash too.
