It’s total nonsense not to try out Webb and Jackson at the expense of a broken old QB in a lost season. But, now that they have a “interim” coach who has to try to win now in his audition it’s the way it’s going to be. That’s just business as usual in Winter Park. The situation is completely incompetent.

It wasn’t such a disgrace that Brent was chucking it down the field so much as it was that he was in there to start with. Minnesota just refuses to let anyone else have a chance to lead their team, even when it is in the 4th quarter of a 31-3 game. Can you really still say he gives you the best chance to win? You are 3-7 and he’s the 32nd ranked QB in football. Of course, it might have to do with the fact they are paying him $1 million per game.

I’ve read in several places that the Vikings mailed it in. I didn’t see that, and I’m glad that you didn’t either.

Nance looked pretty good – getting yards when they knew we were going to run.

Personally, I’m going to re-watch this one many times. Kharma is a bitch, Brett! And what was with that second to last play where he thinks he can complete a long one with little time left on the clock?
