I could have sworn the Ben Franklin quote is more commonly attributed to “beer,” not “wine.”

Hahaha… this post is insane. Great take on a fine wine where one would least expect it. As a wine lover myself, I was definitely planning on buying a bottle until I saw the price. Woah. My economic situation would have to change before I could afford to buy this stuff.

And as a wine lover and a former fan of Old Fashions, I would caution everyone to never get drunk on that particular combination. That is no good, mon.
