If I recall correctly, he got a three year 5 million dollar deal, which included 1 mill signing bonus.

Not a bad gig, if you can get it, especially when you are a Special Teams guy who can’t tackle and would get burned by Bill Schroeder (if he was still playing). (No disrespect to Billy Whiteshoes, he made some plays back in the day).

That is stupid because if he can tie up two guys in his lane it’s both closed and another man is free to pursue. Stock actually did something about it and demoted him.

Shields can’t catch punts, I hope they are just done with it. Maybe he can work on that later. There are many other skills that Shields has that make him a better prospect that Jarrett Bush.
