of course not…but you miss the point. He wants people talking about him. That’s why he lets things simmer a little bit before he makes a pronouncement one way or another. Then he can come out and say something that will get people talking a little bit more. In a twisted sort of way, it’s quite clever – if you want that kind of attention, that is.

Is it funny/weird to you guys that I talk more about the packers than you do and you talk more about favre than me? the presser from Favre came out today…in the form of a text to ESPN. like i said, the story was bogus from the get go.

and abe, i have reason to believe that one of the Packer commenters on this site is involved in child pornography. does that mean that statement is true? just cause my source is unnamed? if i reveal the commenter’s name, is the responsibility of the commenter to come forward and publicly deny my charges? and if he doesn’t, does that mean – automatically – that my charges are true?

Too many gems to mention. Basically, the premise of the column is “Packers fans tried to tell us what would happen, and they were right.” One wonders how in step this is with the sentiment in the Twin Cities. I’m sure they don’t care because they realize he’s the one thing keeping their team relevant in post-season talk. But that can only last so long before even THEN it gets tiring.
