		<description><![CDATA[When he was released by Saskatchewan, it was because he didn&#039;t want to be there anymore.  He wanted out.  

It wasn&#039;t because they didn&#039;t want him anymore.

I don&#039;t blame him.  He didn&#039;t want to sit around there and compete for the #2 spot, when he felt he could get a shot in the NFL. Especially since he is a far better passer than the current starter for Saskatchewan. Now he is getting his shot...hopefully.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Wow, thats great, i know we really dont need a third QB, its good to hear that Harrell is going good for the Packers after being released by both the Browns and the Roughriders! i hope he makes the team and becomes a decent back up QB for us and then we develop him and trade him for draft picks. he was really good in college but many scouts said he didnt have the arm strength and accuracy but he i think he will be a decent back up for us if we dont cut him.]]></description>
