Bigby is injury prone, slow to the ball, and hasn’t lit someone up since this picture was taken. He was a top-tier safety for a year….maybe a year and a half but he’s slitting his own throat here. Or rather Bob Sugar is.

If he wasn’t getting hurt from the so-called hard shots he inflicts on others,maybe he has a shot.But right now he has an empty gun and a broken trigger.TT will be faster on the draw and Bigby will get the butt end in this one.

Although, in a way he kind of has the Packers by the short ones as they really have very little depth at safety. Martin isn’t much of a player and Jarrett Bush shouldn’t even be playing. As for Burnett, he’s a rookie and there’s really no telling what we have in him or if he can be effective this year.

I don’t know if it’s smart for an often injured player that was nothing special to begin with to hold out when his team just drafted a player at his position early.

Right after your team trades up to draft your replacement is a piss poor time to hold out. Drew Rosenhaus obviously has Bigby’s best interests at heart here.

With the unstable future due to the lack of a CBA on the horizon, I can’t fault Bigby from a business perspective…but does Rosenhaus really think he can break Ted Thompson…HELLO!?!?
He’s not even top tier Safety talent…seriously…WTF?
