Just wait until they kick a real football and lets see how they do. You can’t blame Jeremy Kapinos for the worst net average with his teammates can’t tackle or cover his kicks. I guess if he could have a 6.0 hang time then maybe they could cover them.

Type in aussie rules football into you tube and you will get an idea on what he can do with a football, plus the physical stuff (rushing the punter) etc will be water of a ducks back for Chris. Whilst your on you tube type in Jordyn Lewis Hit, make sure the wife and kids are in a different room, and yes he is still alive in fact he had a 20 min league enforced rest and came back on the field – toughness that comes with Aussie rules players.

With regard to punting the football, you will not find anyone who can “pooch kick” or as we call it a drop punt in Australia better than an Australian. We pass the ball by kicking like your guys pass it by throwing. If Chris can get consistent hang time with his spiral punts then he should be a front runner for the position. He has played in front of massive crowds for 2 Aussie AFL teams that have huge supporter base and with respect to rushing the punter by the opposing team, every time an Aussie rules player has the ball he can be hit hard or tackled, in alot of cases its left to the last instance knowing that you will get hit. So in summary, mental toughness tick, kicking skills tick, enjoys physical contact tick, and if it doesn’t work out try looking at another one just like him as Australia is full of big blokes who can kick the cover off a football. :)
