As well as the reasons you stated above, this article brought up the point that if you guaranteed an NFL players contract what reason do they have to throw themselves in harm’s way play after play?

It’s sad that the Bucks pay Redd that much and are a better team when he’s injured. I saw Michael driving his Lamborghini this fall in Bayview (he was on his way to practice). I thought, that’s the only time he’s fast anymore.
