Might also explain why this coach doesn’t seem to be prepared for who he is up against until halftime, and even then can only handle one adjustment. Very little about this team seems to be professional but for some very good but incoherent individual effort.

The number of penalties is absolutely ridiculous. It’s one of the prices you pay for continually being “the youngest team in the NFL”. But much of it is also very basic stuff.
